My opinion initially would be for a large back for a nice v shaped look but how would I go about to achieve this or should I focus on something else ?

add vertical pulls too for the width like a wide pull ups

Aesthetics in a physique are characterized by shoulder to waist proportion and obviously leanness. All three heads of the deltoid are a necessity, so are lats and teres major.
Try to avoid training traps directly especially through shrugs.
When the traps are disproportionately developed relative to their antagonist muscles and the muscles that sit below them, they can pull your acromion process inwards as you don't have that downward support.
When your acromion process is pulled inwards and upwards your clavicles can appear more narrow as the bone at the top of your sternum (manubrium) experiences less than ~145 degree angularity.
I would also try and train muscles in the arms that make them appear thicker from the front. These would be the brachialis, lateral head of the tricep, and both heads of the bicep.
If you skip legs your waist will look wide by illusion, so don't skip out on those.
Outer thigh is most important, train the vastus lateralis.

TL;DR, Avoid traps, spam lats, delts, vastus lateralis, train arms proportionately

Shoulders

Most likely shoulders bro but you shouldn’t just train shoulders that will lead to a very weird physique, the best way to train would just be an ascending RP shoulder press in the frontal plane, don’t take it below 90, that will be for front delts. For side delts you could do a lat raise and stop at about 90 as well. Then for rear delts you don’t rlly need to do anything because they get maximally trained in the sagittal plane (close grip row) and in the transversal plane (wide grip row) however i suppose if you wanted to MAXIMIZE them you could do a rear delt fly and stop when your arms at your side. 1-2 sets on all them, make sure to train in the lower rep range, high reps are shit.
