My opinion initially would be for a large back for a nice v shaped look but how would I go about to achieve this or should I focus on something else ?

Most likely shoulders bro but you shouldn’t just train shoulders that will lead to a very weird physique, the best way to train would just be an ascending RP shoulder press in the frontal plane, don’t take it below 90, that will be for front delts. For side delts you could do a lat raise and stop at about 90 as well. Then for rear delts you don’t rlly need to do anything because they get maximally trained in the sagittal plane (close grip row) and in the transversal plane (wide grip row) however i suppose if you wanted to MAXIMIZE them you could do a rear delt fly and stop when your arms at your side. 1-2 sets on all them, make sure to train in the lower rep range, high reps are shit.My opinion initially would be for a large back for a nice v shaped look but how would I go about to achieve this or should I focus on something else ?
