Your abdomen is the worst, target all of your muscle groups though

How long have you been going to the gym + your split and diet height & weight
i'm 15, follow ULRPPLR, I'm on a cut but am still 90kg and am 5,8
 
Keep on a small cut.

Everything is lacking but focus on lats, shoulders, arms and chest.

Your waist appears to be wide but your high bf so that could be it.
 
Good arms already and nice delts (despite the potato quality pictures). Chest has to be targeted more and your back needs some development ; lateral raises, bent over rows, lat pulldown is the name of the game... Get to work son, you're on the right track.
