Literally just about any if you're taking roids or gaying it up in the gym. Over-focus on arms is a problem if you're growing muscle in that way but not normally. And bulking too much just leads to being an obese retard like vegan gains.

yeah i want to roid for potential benefits other than muscle but in the meantime get some decent muscle. i just see some subhuman gymcels/roidcels in my feed or irl that scare me

for reasons other than gaining muscle. experimenting with very little hope. i just want to get a good physique in the side but never look like a gymcel

you don't need roids for that

Just work out natty for 1 year. You are 65kg right now. You will look very good at 76-80kg and lean.

right now i have thin bones which also explain my low weight ofc combined with me being 'skinny' (no fat or muscle)
so im not sure if these bones can support a weight increase to 80kg without looking dumb. perhaps if i go slow and everything goes right over the years the androgens and pressure from muscles will also cause the bones to thicken?
i dont wanna look bloated

You will not look bloated, going from seemingly very skinny to gaining 15kg muscle, even with thin bones. I assume your bones are long as well, which would cancel out any "bloated" look. I have a similiar structure to yours at 5'11.
You just need to be lean at 80kg. 6'0 and 80kg is different from say 5'8 and 80kg, which would look very gymcel.

Just stay natural and gain muscle until the point you feel you look good, above 75kg
