Train everything you won't get puffy unless you're doing gear or sarms with a lot water retention

training abs is cope btw

Triceps, biceps, shoulders and chest, the norm (for a good reason they're extremely important). Obliques and lats are great as well. Definitely legs you don't wanna have tiny legs not saying go crazy or that they should be your main focus. if you control your eating you won't really get puffy. overall do your best, train everything but with most of the Focus being the arms. For supplements I'd stick to creatine monohydrate, and men's multivitamin. Once you up your knowledge and have a good understanding of all the other stuff then it's up to you to make that conscious decision be carefully.

I would say just train ur whole body 2-3 times a week that should do it cazse you look good but ur a little bit skinny ( not that its bad)
Whole body training is underrated fr

Not retarded at all. Some gear causes water retention everyone knows this nigger
obviously. you said "gear" tho, not "some gear" like now. there is literally shit exactly to look dry / gear helping with his goals lmao

Pretty sure its not👍🏻cope about what? It looks great and its pretty rapidly regenerating muscles so it will take faster to see results
traing abs will give you negligible results visually, if you want abs lose weight

upper lower split

Agreed, everyone has abs under the layers of fat. However doing both will speed up the process and give better results anyways.

Training abs is fine, but it’s not the most efficient way to change your look. Try to feel your frame and prioritize chest and shoulder workouts. Hope that helps!

Have you seen my photo? Im skinny, there isnt much fat to lose, of course everyone has abs, like everyone has every other muscle, but some people have muscles a lot bigger than others. I have a low bf%, and abs arent really visible- it means that i have to train them. You just heard that statement on the internet, and thought that it applies to everyone.

Don't bother. You're both correct, you are low body fat and as stated you don't have much muscle mass, which is okay. If you want your abs to pop out, you have to train them now.

nice rebuttal
because youre talking nonsense. abs are a muscle like every other one - you have to train them for them to be there and dieting to make sense and to make them toned you need diet its literally like every other muscle in your body but "muh results are negligible"

Stop asking what muscle you should train and train every single fucking one on your body. You have zero size and in no position to be prioritising any single muscle over another, and that applies for the next 2 years.

absolute minimum would be back and delts, then chest and rest is optional

this would be a good point if my experiecne in the gym contradicts this and dozens of my friends. I was skinny with no abs, bulked and cut, and had abs with zero training of them. Ididnt magically gian abs, I was just leaner than where I was before, I also have tons of gym friends that never train abs but have super defined abs, and some that train abs and have said they see no difference.

nice wya of telling me you dont wiorkout or you are genuinely retarted. I have dozens of gym freidns that transformed themselfes into really defined 6 pack jacked guys and not a single one consistentely trains abs, they simply lost weight and they became visible. Same with me personally, I though I couldn't have abs and thought I had to train them until I cut and realized its all about bf. training WILL help, but if you want abs, its better to bulk up a the start of working out, and cut to make them visible, but know that training abs will make not much difference.

everything but make sure you dont forget neck, so many people do and they regret it later on, also if you really wanna prioraitize something shoulders is prolly ur best bet.
