I recently started going to the gym, im thinking about training abs
and shoulders like really much. I want to be as lean and aesthetic as possible. I dont want that puffy tiktok look. How can i achieve that? Also do you have any tips/advices for example on supplements
cope about what? It looks great and its pretty rapidly regenerating muscles so it will take faster to see results
