Here is a video I made, using the real death mask of Napoleon to reconstruct his face, taking into account his face fat, and historical descriptions of his appearance.

He’d look exactly like the mask because he cannot wear down in death

If your using the exact accurate depiction of his death mask modeled after his face STUCK in time

He’d look exactly like the mask because he cannot wear down in death

The death mask was made in 1815 after he died, so it’s not accurate to how he looked when he was in power due to sickness and cancer making him very gaunt.
