grow hair out and always part in the middle, dont do weird shit like in the third pic (makes u look homo)
def above average bone structure, the first 2 pics are weird and non-nt but we can see ur bone structure
wear darker colours (dark triad maxxing jfl) to suit ur pheno better
URGENTLY get thicker eyebrows & lashes
always shave (in first pic that very very light stubble ruins it)
also seems like good hair / hairline genetics
make sure to testosterone maxx to optimize your growth (also IGF-1 maxx thru milk, some other carb sources like wild fruit etc)
with all those maxxes done, afterwards might be looking for some hardmaxxing options (Advancing both maxilla and mandible forward, rebuilding chin etc) but need to see u soft and testmaxxed first
high MTN/low HTN with solid/high HTN potential

Thank you for the advice Mr Ramirez, I really appreciate it. Just to clarify, how many litres of raw milk should I be drinking in a day? How many raw eggs? And how many hours of sun exposure to maximise testosterone levels?
Do you recommend me to chew very tough, hard mastic gum to improve jaw width and forward growth? Also, what type of foods do you suggest I eat to optimise my growth? And yes, I’ll definitely fix my eyebrows and lashes for sure, the dark triad maxxing is tough because the bone density in my face isn’t the best.

Damn, other people on this forum told me to bleachmaxx🤣🤣🤣🤣How many hours of sunlight should I expose myself to in a day3 hours? 7 hours? And yes, I don’t wear sunscreen because of all the chemicals in it.

raw / rare cooked (fully red inside) steaks GRASSFED
raw / rare cooked (fully red inside) liver GRASSFED - consume in less quantities to avoid toxicity from copper / vitamin A, like 3 times a week
at least 2 litres of milk - RAW, FULL FAT, GRASSFED
raw butter
sometimes raw honey / wild fruit (native, non-GM)
at least 10 raw egg yolks, 15 recommended. U could also try 6-7 raw duck yolks instead if its too many chicken eggs to eat GRASSFED
as much sun exposure as u can, just be outside most of the day, walking/relaxing, etc
chewing is a bs meme, dont bother - bone structure, etc was all about the hormones, nutrition not the stress from chewing - natural foods arent even actually tough to chew
ALWAYS make sure you get all your animal products from healthy, grassfed animals. If steaks might be too pricey, opt for some other organs such as heart / spleen, etc. But basically 99% of nutrients you will be getting from the raw / undercooked muscle meats & liver
Also dont miss out on oysters, some other raw seafood / fish would be extremely beneficial
If u can get it, i'd recommend drinking a liter of raw blood as well
milk u can also try goat milk for diversity and more fat
or colostrum

Man, you just dropped a whole looksmaxxing guide in one comment, lmfao! I really appreciate it brother! When it comes to the raw egg yolks, should I get rid of the egg whites or consume that as well? I don’t even know if it makes any difference. I can easily get my hands of grass fed raw milk, steaks, liver, meat etc. I’m going to give oysters and raw seafood at try and do you think raw goats milk contains more protein than raw cows milk?
I do need to get more sun exposure as I’ve been lacking it quite a bit lately due to work etc.
Lastly, the diet you recommended me, is it sustainable forever? Am I supposed to eat that way for the rest of my life? Or for only a certain period of time? How long do you think it will take before I start noticing changes in my face as a result of the foods you recommended me to consume?
