What norwood is this. Any recommendations? Never had perfect hairline btw so not entirely sure I am receding, although my older Brothers hairline is a lot more cooked so idk

A lot of people stabilize at norwood 2 but in your case it looks like it will recede further. It is completely savable though

Oral fin and topical min. I won't go too much in detail but topical fin goes systemic anyway and is not researched as much while oral min is deadly long term.
You can watch some haircafe videos for more details on the matter.
If you have dandruff add ketoconazole shampoo once a week.
