Right temple may have some hair loss behind the center hairline starting too, if I were to guess going to NW3 minimum is very likely, could get a lot worse in the future than that too. Sorry man.

I am slightly over atypical NW1 with less than NW0 anterior temporal points I am on dut 2-3x a week + 0.75-1 mg sublingual minoxidil and still growing back in totally worth preventing NORWOOD @Cudhia . Norwood one of the worst things that can happen for looks.

My hairline looks similar because of meds I had to take growing up.
I'm on fin and am getting a hair transplant this year, I think trying to grow it back fully is futile.
Hair transplants are so cheap, most of the cost is flying to Turkey and from where @Cudhia is it's only like $100 to Istanbul.

@Cudhia anybody here can find out where you live because you posted a photo with metadata in January so go edit your post and delete the photos real quick.

IMO he should try fin/dut + minoxidil first to see if he can get in any regrowth, might not need a HT even. If hair loss was very recent especially good chance of recovering those miniaturized hair follicles. Just my opinion anyway, I am still getting slow and steady regrowth 2 1/2+ years on treatment plus hairs growing in at the anterior temporal points sort of almost past my old NW0, like childhood forehead hairs by the looks of it lmfao.. freaky shit
