What nose should I be looking for with rhino?

As you can see I have a deviated septum and my nostril is collapsed and deviated to one side, I need to make a consultation for septorhinoplasty but I need help with what nose I should be trying to get, can someone help me with morphs/ what to tell the Dr?

Imo shave off the hump to make the bridge straight and deproject the nose by like 3-4 mm, also fix the septum and nostril

I can barely breathe from my right nose do you have the same problem or is it the whole nose?
