What nose would suit me best

Unfortunately (or fortunately ig) I need a septoplasty for my deviated septum. Doc said he’s happy to combine it with a rhinoplasty, what would look best for me? Is it even necessary?

Regarding your side profile : the surgeon could remove the dorsal hump. But I think it works on you somehow, mostly because it's just a slight hump and it even adds a masculine touch (dimo +) to your face.

Morph for hump removal :

Regarding your front profile : the nose itself looks fine. However, the mouth to nose width ratio isn't good (based on this picture : 1.2, instead of the 1.4-1.5 ideal range). It's due to the mouth rather than the nose, because the former seems generally narrow — the lips' corners are far from aligning with the eyes' center, while the nose's outer ala does align with the inner canthus. So, sure, you could theoretically reduce the alar base to improve the mouth to nose width ratio, but I don't think a narrower nose would improve your face in general and maybe it would affect your breathing capacity (which you intend to improve with a septoplasty ...).

Morph with alar base reduction & nose tip refinement, resulting in a mouth to nose width ratio of 1.35 (still slightly below ideal) :

Morph without altering the nose, but with a wider mouth instead (1.4 ratio) :

holy this is some crazy good feedback, finally someone helpful on here. Damn a bigger mouth would be good wtf I didn’t know it was a flaw. Since you know your stuff, is there anything else I should be focusing on to help me ascend? Soft max only for now apart nose but open to minor surgery

Make the nose as straight and a bit less wide via alar reduction or whatever your surgeons uses for teqnique. But just do veey minimal reduction of any cartiallge
