What not to post in personal socials

What do u guys go on about posting gymceling stuff in socials like IG where u are connected with normies from work/social circles.
Some guys make diff account and post stuffs there seperate from personal acc.
IMO its okay to post gymceling stuff in personal acc as long as its like once a yr or stuff because normies dont wanna see all that and it looks aspie/austistic as well.
Nowadays I see zommers openly post gymceling stuff in their main acc even have seen "JFl", ".org" in their bio lol.

I mostly see ethnics doing this who def dont have any social circle and most white guys are NTmaxxed.
Its easy to find who has what kind of lives just based of their socials and what they post, the tryhards are often the bottom of the barrell.

first rule of 'maxxing in botb - never mention it, especially gym. the moment you have gym as a dedicated hobby, the illusion of effortlessness is shattered.

i never post gym pics and i never mention my hobbies ever. those blasted unconventional hobbies are my biggest social repellant (makes me look like an autist). I only ever post highly frauded lifestyle pics with good lighting, and preferably as stories rather than full posts. nobody likes frequent posters.
