I saw someone say “diet is cope” please don’t come here and say that bullshit

What nutrients are the most important? I know calcium, potassium, magnesium obviously, but is there anything else that I could supplement?

Ideally you should get most of your nutrition through whole foods, supplementing your way out of a bad diet is not the way. The only supplements you should consider are D3 and maybe Magnesium.

Other than that no micronutrient is more important than the others, you should be getting 100% of your RDI for EVERY SINGLE ONE. By definition a nutrient is something essential for your body, so asking "what are the most important" is reduntant, they all are.

Ideally, you would track what you eat during the day with an app like Cronometer to tell which deficiencies you may have, and be able to address them. For example, here's how my day is going so far:

You don't need to track this stuff forever, I have been doing it for months and plan to continue because I'm a little psychotic, but ideally do it for 2-3 months and you'll develop a "sense" for what nutrients each food adds to your day and whether or not you're meeting your RDIs.

... and eggs. Cooked or fermented vegetables (some of them) aren't that bad either, Saladino and Carnivore niggas have overstated how much of an issue antinutrients really are

yeah eggs, sauerkraut. I mean sauerkraut I would recommend but rest of vegetables wont do any harm but if you actually despise them then its not like you have to force yourself meanwhile with red meat Id say force yourself to eat it

yeah personally i workout a lot, so fruits can't really supply how many carbs I need for optimal performance, I need rice and I also include sweet potato, which apparently are "medium" toxicity

I still include boiled spinach into my eggs purely because of the vitamin E, I just don't worry too much about anti-nutrient, I have no deficiencies according to Cronometer and also according to my most recent blood samples, and my digestion is pretty fine.

I found a guy thats apparently a researcher and a lab doctor or some shit and he talks about detoxification of the body. He said fats and vitamin A are toxic and you should avoid them, avoid any food that has bright colours and more. And people were like so what do we fucking eat? And he's like lean red meat, a lot of bananas, pressure cooked white beans and rice and that's pretty much it :lul:
