A midface too disproportionately large for the rest of your face, chin is recessed and points backwards instead of forward, eyes seem somewhat close set with a slight negative tilt, irises appear almost black on photos, skin is aging and bland looking. Not a single prominent feature on your face other than your nose (at least it's not crooked I guess)

I’m not sure what makes me look old. I don’t really have lines or wrinkles on my face. I did gain body fat recently. Could be that. I’ve always been told I look young.

I don't think there's much you can do as everything is a symptom of having a small skull which is without making a head transplant joke one can't really do much about. It just sorta causes everything to be a bit bunched up and underdeveloped. Chin angle can technically be fixed through a genioplasty but it's only a bandaid fix for an overall much bigger issue

Judging by your style you at least seem to have found a niche that sorta suits you, if I had to throw another niche as an option it'd be a metal rocker look. Niche or status maxxing is your only option as a skull like this just can't be conventionally gl

Unless someone has a decent base with a noticeably recessed lower third any gains from bimax are going to be minimal at best. With price and recovery period in mind it's not something to take lightly
