Realistically speaking, I hope my coming surgeries could get me in the top 10%. I'd be the top 1% but it's extremely difficult, even after surgerymaxxing.

Top 20% is not enough nowadays imo. Being the top 20% men only means that you are qualified for a non cucked, non betabuxx LTR. You're still not free from shit tests, dramas and there's no guarantee that you can slay.
