What % of minoxidil is the best

im a greycel, and I say make the switch to 5% I mean that's what I use and I've seen pretty good results. lmao from no brows to at least some...

5-10% is the best
15% sounds too much and may increase the risk of side effects like;
scalp inflammation, headaches, unwanted facial hair growth, or dizziness
