i started at 1% retinol but u can start at 0.25% tret and slowly work to 0.5% then .25% taz to 0.5%

tret wont really give you glass skin but .05-.1% is where you start seeing good effects

Obviously highest is the best but you need to build up your tolerance for it so start low %.

If you don’t want to order multiple creams, start with a high % one and just don’t do it daily at the start. Slowly apply the cream more often until your tolerance is built.
