Yes, that's why I'm taking a gap year to surgery and NT-maxx. Life basically ends after university. Normies that already have social lives can cope enough with the friends they made from childhood, school and university. A gf and friendship group is enough to keep you going... give you a will to live.

Humans are inherently social creatures. Even the aspies claiming they are introverts need social interactions or they will eventually become mentally ill.

For people who have nothing, there is literally no point to any of it. Why bother? What is the end goal? To work 50hrs+ a week for some corporate structure that dgaf about you. No experiences, friends or GF going to be made from wage-cucking. Even if you do make them, it won't be the same. A colleague from the workplace not going to have your back the same way someone you grew up with would.

The worst part is when you try to escape the wage cage and get 0 support. People will look at you as a freak for trying to leave the rat race. Fuck NEET-ing and LDAR-ing though.
