Castor oil tbh (2 drops, spread and rub on palm to heat it up a bit and then run through the beard). Can add some essential oils to your castor oil to make it smell nice. There was a old huge bearded cunt on youtube with all the descriptions etc. I used to make my own beard balm tbh.
