Al-Fawzān has reportedly stated that Islamic law (Sharia) does not set a specific minimum age for marriage of girls, even prepubescent girls.
He is quoted as saying it is permissible for fathers to marry off their daughters even while they’re infants (i.e. unable to speak, fully helpless) — “in the cradle.”
He reportedly cites Quran 65:4 as one of the evidences, because that verse discusses women “who have not yet menstruated.” He uses that as part of his argument that Sharia addresses cases of females who have not reached puberty.
He has reportedly opposed government legislation or proposals to impose a fixed minimum age for marriage, saying that doing so would be legislating in an area where Allah has already set rules in Sharia, and that people should not legislate over what the divine law has not forbidden.

Your point isn’t necessarily wrong but it is kind of intellectually dishonest

There are many different interpretations when it comes to the Quran/Hadith. Some are more literalist while others are more lax

Most Muslims, like anyone else, would be horrified at the idea of marrying a little girl to an old man. it’s certainly not something most people support

similarly most Muslims are not Saudis, nor are they salafis, so you’re kinda preaching to a minority here

Meanwhile a Christian will marry a woman with 3 black baby daddies and convince himself he’s muh good guy!

Literalist is the truth of Islam. Islam is supportive of grown men with prepubescent girls and also of terrorism. Muslims against this are like Christians who support LGBT.

Most Sunni oulemas say marriage with little girls is legal
If you disagree with them you become kafir

  • Nice try, Jew.

Fazwan permitted this/gave a fatwa as this was seen as necessity in times of poverty/harm.

The daughter is more or less "promised" to the man. Not married.

And she MUST consent and say yes after maturity.

    Little jew.
  • “The marriage of a minor is valid if the guardian sees clear benefit, but it must not cause harm. And no man may touch or live with her until she matures.”
    (Fatāwā Ibn Bāz, vol. 21, p. 58)
“Although it is legally valid, it is wrong to marry off a young girl before she is ready. The wali should fear Allāh and not oppress her.”
    (Sharḥ al-Mumtiʿ, vol. 12)

Maliki, Shafi‘i, and Hanbali schools generally hold that a father (and sometimes grandfather) can contract a marriage for his minor daughter without her explicit consent.

“And those of your women who have despaired of menstruation—if you doubt, their waiting period is three months; and [also] those who have not menstruated." quran 65-4

those who have not menstruated=little girls
You can not impose a waiting period during divorce for female whose mariage has not been consumed. This verse show people married little girls AND consumed the marriage.

The contraction of marriage is a complex topic, but claiming that schools of thought permit a father to marry a daughter WITHOUT her consent is entirely ignorant of their actual sayings.

Misinterpretation is very cliche of you

Had you any regard for the fusha arabic or tafsiratul ulema, you would know what you're saying is false.

Heres the verse you mention

(Qur’an 65:4):

وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ
“...and those who have not menstruated.”

The word used for mensuration is 'iddah

The Qur’an here speaks of divorce and ‘iddah, not of the age of marriage.
It simply lays out what happens if a divorce occurs in a case where a woman has not yet menstruated.

This may be for any reason (medical, hormonal, or age-related).
It does not say: “Marry prepubescent girls.”

You may wonder

"Why does the Quran have to lay out such distinct rulings?"
This was to cover all possible legal cases of divorce and ‘iddah.
It did not command marriage to those who have not menstruated it simply regulated what would happen if such a case occurred.

Revelation descended upon a real society, not some fictional giddy utopia.

One of the foundational maxims of Islamic law is:

لَا ضَرَرَ وَلَا ضِرَارَ
“There shall be no harm and no reciprocating harm.”
(Hadith: Ibn Mājah 2340; Mālik’s Muwaṭṭa, Book of Judgments)

Therefore:

Marrying or consummating with a truly prepubescent or young girl is Haram.
if she is immature in mind or body, consummation is impermissible.
If the ʿurf (social context) and law of the land prohibit it, it is forbidden to go against that as it falls under corrpution and blocking harm

chatgpt cope

The prophet fucked Aicha when she was 9yo. She was not mature.

"My mother intended to make me gain weight to send me to the (house of) the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ). But nothing which she desired benefited me till she gave me cucumber with fresh dates to eat. Then I gained as much weight (as she desired)."
Sunan Abi Dawud 3903 Sahih (Al-Albani)

Early puberty is a modern thing (calories and endocrine disruptors), little girls before modern times did not begin puberty until 14-16yo

nigga you're ignorant, everyone knows early puberty is a recent problem.

"I was with the Prophet (ﷺ) in a Ghazwa (Military Expedition) and my camel was slow and exhausted. The Prophet came up to me and said, "O Jabir." I replied, "Yes?" He said, "What is the matter with you?" I replied, "My camel is slow and tired, so I am left behind." So, he got down and poked the camel with his stick and then ordered me to ride. I rode the camel and it became so fast that I had to hold it from going ahead of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . He then asked me, have you got married?" I replied in the affirmative. He asked, "A virgin or a matron?" I replied, "I married a matron." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Why have you not married a virgin, so that you may play with her and she may play with you?" Sahih al-Bukhari 2097

All the hadith is talking about is recommending marrying Virgin over matrons.

You really think medieval Arabs will marry a child and wait before fucking her? Also there is NO punishment for a husband who fucked his young bride before her puberty in the sunnah and classical laws
Even today Arab and Maghrebi girls are dying from early pregnancy
