This was one of my first posts on the first website, and I just got a bunch of "everything" comments, the nature of this site leads me to believe I'll get some interesting responses, so I'll start.

I'd change my height, I'm 5'9 (rounded up) right now and I wish I was taller.

I would change MANY things if I could, but if I could only change ONE thing and nothing else, I would have a massive dick, like at least 8" X 6" NBPEL. That explains why you got kind of defensive when I implied sheltering kids who've been diagnosed with autism probably contributed to their poor social skills on the original site; didn't mean it to be "Just play outside and you'll be a socialite", probably my own HFA not explaining my point properly, so sorry about that. Can relate to the height bit, though.

Certainly something like this. I don't have Asperger's, but I'd opt to get rid of my avoidant traits or high inhibition.

Strictly physical might be a little more interesting. I don't have any particular problem with the way I look, even if everyone else seems to. Maybe get rid of my varicocele (tried to get an embolization when I was 19, but I was never even referred to a urologist)

Either that or give myself a sharper, more elegant nose.

A more prominent jaw. Maybe a better eye area, like hunter eyes. Other than that? Odk maybe perfect teeth. Mine are okay, but I have an overbite. My upper teeth are 4mm infront of my lower teeth.
