What options for orbital implants / surgeries are there?

Implants in orbital region to improve width to height ratio of the eyes, pfl/pfh. And ofc reduce UEE.

What implants are used for this and are they really effective? Or what other surgeries would be needed?

What about the height of the eye, the distance between the lower and upper part, + UEE. What implants can Improve that aesthetically?
