What orthodontic device should I get to put maxilla (remove recession)

I am 18 years old, what should I put on? Someone says that devices like marpe and sarpe are bad because fast expansion is bad, and it is better to use alph. and not even mse?

Some people say that MSE (and any other orthodontic device to widen the palate) are bad as they widen the nose.

Just take a look at below of the nasal bone, this hole would get wider because of the MSE.

It may widen the cheekbones and zygos and improve nasal breathing though, I think it may be worth it.
