what osteotomy can effect frontal jaw inclination angle especially make it more masculine?

In my head i coul only think of non impants solutions like ccw rotaion and ramus rotation to make wider bigonial width hence appearance of longer ramus. Chin wing logically could help but idk handful amount of sergeons do it around my country. Nothing else comes to mind it better be done without loss in chin height or lower third in general
