I’ve never tried phenibut but idk where u heard that prop was stronger. I’m like 90% phenibut is stronger. All propranolol does is get rid of the physical things like shaking, sweating, facial flushing, and stuff like that. It doesn’t really do anything to your mental directly. Obviously it indirectly does bc you won’t be anxious about appearing anxious. I like Pregabalin way more
