I take those 3 daily.
And the following two are just to make my hair look good even though they aren't technically supplements I still use them when I need to.

Is there any other supplements I should invest in buying?
And here is me for reference.

I know I should probably take minoxidil, but what else should I put on my list to buy?

Don’t take melatonin unless you need it, ruins your sleep because you rely on it.

Don’t worry about supplements just take peptides

I made a separate post about peptides and was told that they won't help at all. They said only testosterone and high will help improve, though my I'll stop taking melatonin slowly, because cold turkey will really mess up my sleep schedule. Thank you btw

Nah some are cope but most a good. It really just matters what you want, if you want muscle and height do what they’re saying but if you want smaller things like skin, hair, healing, just take some peptides

I want it all. I have 300 dollars to spend but still everyone said just those two and that my bone structure sucks.

You’re gonna have to do your own research on what you wanna take but I’d do a mix of both. If it fits in the budget you could do test, hgh + ghkcu and some others

Thank you bro, I didn't know there were different magnesium supplements. I'll take notes of all these

NAC, astaxanthin, beta carotene, lycopene, vitamin D3+k2, omega 3

I don't know what half of those are, but I'll trust you and put them on my list, thank you
Take a light beta carotene supplement that stuff can genuinely give u a disease and turn your skin orange and a weird yellowish pale color

Nah it’s doesn’t really matter, even with the strongest beta carotene supplements they take months to see a change in skin color. It’s really not that scary it’s just vitamin A
