Right now I take vitamin d3 2000 iu, vitamin K2 200 mcg, zinc 10 mg, vitamin c 200 mg, and then at night I take 240 mg of magnesium glycinate, 300 mg of ashwagandha, and 1 mg of melatonin.

I'm mostly focused on better sleep quality, and higher testosterone.

Everything's fine, except these two:

Increase melatonin to 10mg: even higher doses of melatonin have been shown not to cause any serious effects. Around 10mg is a good spot and is the average recommended dose for many ppl

Change magnesium from bisglycinate to L-threonate: it is the formulation designed to reach the brain since its the only magnesium supplement that cross the blood brain barrier

The ‘higher test’ u get from this is basically unnoticable

Up the dose of vitamin d3 to 10000 iu, vitamin k2 is solid but useless with that low amount of d3, zinc (picollinate) to 50mg, vitamin c too atleast 1000mg and magnesium glycinate to 400mg, aswaghanda is cope mostly but up it to 450mg and 1mg melatonin is solid

mark as solution bhai

Why what's wrong with that? There are multiple studies proving most of these amounts are ideal and I take all of these everyday since 2 years, except aswaghanda

how does the L threonate work though?

L-threonate is a metabolite of vitamin c and when its bound to magnesium it improves its transport across the blood brain barrier because it makes it more water soluble. It improves cognitive function, memory, and it also relaxes the muscles, which can help you sleep better
