A little context, I’m 16 now and still look under developed and being 5’10 130 it’s bad, I fucked up my puberty between the ages of 12-15 because of Covid and eating like shit and not lifting weights and staying inside all day, what should I take so i can stop being underdeveloped and get some Bone.

first of all you need to get your lifestyle in check before taking anything

but heres what i do at 16

Hgh + L Carnithine injections
AI (Aromosin)
CreGAAtine with TMG power
Spore based probiotic
omega 3 fatty acids since i don't eat fish often but id recommend Oysters because they are zinc bombs and skyrocket test
Tongkat Ali
Boron
Ashwagandha
D3 + K2
Magnesium


Diet:
5-10 pasture raised eggs daily
seafood
red meat
whole milk


Lifestyle:
proper workout split
HIIT cardio like bag work and sprinting
sun exposure every morning
Consistent skincare routine (make sure no endocrine disruptor bullshit)

also consider TRT
