Tate fans complain that Tate is held without trial. It's standard procedure all over the world. If you commit rape it may take 2 years for the prosecutor to prepare a case and for the court to schedule a trial etc. and during this time you sit in jail. And it is this way everywhere. Sure it sucks and should not be this way. But it still is the same all over the world. I wish it wasn't like that but it is. And they say there is no evidence but there are voice recordings and testimonies from witnesses plus about 1000 confessions of Tate all over the internet.
