What peps / hardmaxxes to use

My hbs been hitting me up after seeing clavs ascension to blast peps but Ive seen alot of shit regarding pep use and that they‘re cope n stuff so im wondering if they really are, if not which would be the best-, some for effectiveness, some for safety and some that are more of a mix between both so (quite) effective and (quite) safe. If peps are maximal copium then what would be something that could rlly ascend smb? Im aware that theres specific peptides or other stuff thats specified for certain aspects in which you want to ascend like cognitive function, muscle growth, etc. so i‘d rlly appreciate if 2-3 people could take their time helping me / him out. Not tryna waste his money on bs

Idk what he called out was bone mass n stuff but I‘d be interest in something that’s helping me w losing some minimal amounts of fat im talking abt what 1-3% max

diet brah its really not that hard, just get a good diet plan and follow it for like 6 months and ur set
