I am currently 16 189cm 75kg and ive been hitting the gym consistently for about 4 months. I want to ascend my frame/physique and my main goal is to have as much lean muscle growth as possible.

What is the best workout split to ascend physique?

What peptides should i hop on.( Ive been looking into rad 140 and mk 677)?

any tips and help will be much appreciated.

rad isn't a pep, you won't be gaining much lean mass on mk but yeah rad is a decent option

if u want to hop on just take test (with proper cylce and ancillaries AND lifestyle etc so dyor first boyo!!!!!!!!!!!)

any split with 2-3x frequency and 6-10 weekly sets per muscle with 0-2rir is okay. dont switch split and exercises too often, its simpler than its made out to be by the sbl community.
eat 0.8g/lb bodyweight protein, 0.25-0.4g/lb bodyweight fat (different fats), fill rest up with carbs!! (low carb is twink propaganda)
eat 40-70g carbs 30-60min pre workout but this depends on the meal composition in terms of macros and how long it takes to digest

cant see ur legs but u look like 15-16% bodyfat which is fine (fat distribution is different for everyone). u can cut down to 8-10% first if u want (leaner always better imo).
eat in a 100-200kcal surplus, muscle building is slow so u don't need to go on some crazy bulk.

^^ this is 90% of what youll ever need gymcelling
