What percent bodyfat affects the jaw zone and decrease esr ratio

So I look like shit ever since I’ve gained weight, and part of it is my esr ratio looks lower than before, but because I haven’t gained a ton of weight idk if it’s actually changed. It seems to atleast be somewhat affected by jaw fat pads

At a certain point, is it possible to tell how much it affects it?
Example Channing tatum from close set but not too distracting:
