i’d post this on another forum but they’re all shit now and i’m banned from reddit, i need to cut/recomp because being this chubby is raping my mentals i’m not going to start PUA when my jawline is blending into my face and my stomach is overhanging when i sit down no way that’s optimal body fat, yet again i’ve fucked up and fallen for the bulk scam and put on 25 lbs in 3 months…

i’m on cycle too so it would be ideal to bulk but idk if i can do this bulking shit much longer especially for 3 more months…. id rope

i will probably look like a skeleton when i lean down tho rn i’m 180lbs here at 189cm but fuck it bru who cares face over physique

yeah this was me in april when i started bulking again and i’ve gained a stupid amount of fat compared to muscle which i’ve done like 3 times now jfl idk what% i was here but i’d like to get back down to this again i wasn’t shreds but i was at a defent medium

You are bulking far too fast. 25 lbs in 3 months is overkill, should be half of that maximum. You don't need anything over a 300 cal surplus MAX when you are bulking.

However, you will waste your cycle if you start it on a cut and at your bodyfat. You should not start cycles until you are at least 12% bodyfat MAX, since higher bodyfat when cycling means higher chance of bad E2 sides

I still recommend cutting aggressively (1000+ cal deficit and 10k steps a day minimum) on cycle for 6-8 weeks max, then take 2 weeks to bounce back to maintenance then go back to a calorie surplus.
