Depends on what is considered overweight. I think you can be an MTN while still being slightly overweight, depending on what the definition of overweight is.

If you’re asking what % of people would reliably get rated those on this forum its astronomically low compared to what it should be if consider MTN as avg
Maybe <20% MTN, <5% HTN

Even if we ignore the third world consider that a large proportion of men are fat, most don’t take care of their looks, think skincare is gay, get a generic short haircut and use a 3 in 1 shampoo etc etc..

Considering all ages and weights, the geriatric population pyramid and most people giving up on looks beyond 25-30 or so, it's probably around 5% or so of the entire population that are actual HTN's in the average first world country, and most of that 5% is below 30
