There is if you search "average number of sexual partners by age". It's less than 5%. However, mind you, alot of them have a cutoff age because men typically get less and less sex as they get past like 40-45. On top of that, it's been shown that men over-exaggerate how many women they encounter lol. So i'm guessing it's not even 1%.

Of course the numbers don't add up, but you get an idea. Maybe the men with the highest numbers count prostitutes, women in foreign countries and larpings, while women don't count blowjobs, "mistakes" and vacations. But I think it's realistic to say that only 1-3% of men will ever have 100+ sexual partners.
