I'd say you can be friends with 20% of the boys you meet till you're 10, about 5% of the ones you meet till you're 25 and 0.5% of the ones you meet there after.

Making Friends Is A Waste Of Time
I honestly don't understand how anyone can have friends nowadays, so many annoying people its insane. Everytime I had a friend for an extended period, they turned out to be narcissistic and talk about themselves all the time, or they would rarely talk to me and forget about me in a few months...
