What percentage of time are you bloated?

Has anyone on here truly managed to stay debloated like 99 % of the time? It’s like homeostasis is body wanting to have bloat

I like eat one cheat meal or drink one coffee, then i get a 7-12 hour bloat phase in the face

Alcoholic beverage = bloated for days
 
its all about your diet.
keep carbs and sodium low, potassium intake high.

If you wanna build muscles on 2500-3000 calories its nearly impossible to eat low carb. Otherwise the protein intake would just make me fart and have stomach problems the whole day.
How can i eat enough potassium?
 
100% of the time because I don't have perfect bones rip

I know man, bulking and keeping a lean face is hard tbh. It would be the best to get extremly lean first and then just eat in a slight calorie surplus which is around 150-500.
You should try to eat carbs before your workout and afterwards. You can try to up the fats (nuts, healthy oils.. etc) for the calories.
Potassium is widely available in many foods, you can also supplement it.
 
Nvm about potassium pills.. I already eat huge amounts of fruit and veggies..

The potassium dont do that much for bloat tbh

It’s more like liquid intake, small portions, low fat and low sodium ..

100%, it's either carbs, sodium, alcohol or estrogen.

On the bright side it can be seen as a potential looksmax eventually.

1. Finish bulking and get my goal body. Sodium and carbs will then reduce a bit because I don't have to eat so much.
2. Stop using blast dosages of gear and control estrogen properly.
3. Maybe once I have my goal body and am giga lean I can get girls again and stop eating shit and drinking as cope.

Yes it is.

Bulking is a hoax, you should bulk with 50-300 kcal - and that is not even fathomable.. u should always just maintain a already lean body
