Dont expect anything insane from GHK-cu, its pretty weak but it works good in some cases. It's extremely overhyped, I'd say just take 0.05% , if u have active acne isotret mogs to antoher dimesniton

alr thx for the advice but recently i got a zit and it like descended me so bad any advice on what to do also do u know any peptides or anything else that actually make good changes with face like actually ascends

Benzyol peroxide is the fucking devil, get rid of that shit immediately. Nuked my moisture barrier and made my skin far worse.

i was thinking of starting hgh soon maybe when 16 or should i start earlier
