they eat insects of all kind
i either give him mealworms or specific cat food that it's good of him, they have brands just for headgehogs but you can only find them online or in some pet stores, so cat food high in protein is fine
yeah you can hug him no problem, it's only hard at first because you have to bond with him
we are both incels so we live eachother
