What pharmaceutical can I use to decrease that fat on the corner of my eyes that makes it so I have negative cth tlt?

I am currently 16, my eye shape, eyebrows and pfl is decent the only thing holding me back is the fat on my upper eyelid ( Retro-Orbicularis Oculi Fat) on the corner.
Are there any pharmaceuticals I can use that acc works? I heard tret is good but not sure can anyone please help me and no waterrrrrrr
