Just started watching breaking bad and to me he looks northern euro maybe slight Slavic mix, what y’all think?

I didn't remember that he has a huge forehead. His pheno looks typical NW European, I don't see a Slavic mix there.

His face looks short and he has blue eyes and dark hair so to me it reminds me of Russians a bit. Im not saying he looks full but definately some influence. I’ve had customers who look like Putin shop at my store late at night w a thick russian accent and he doesnt look like them lol
