Finasteride won't undo hairloss it just prevents it from getting worse (dutasteride blocks more testosterone conversion to DHT and is better than Fin, but even that won't be enough). Some ethnicities tend to hyper respond to those meds and reverse hairloss dramatically but it's typically mostly South and East Asians who have that occur. Idk about MENA people.

You'll need a transplant no matter what honestly.
