Everyone here hates them. But there was a guy (cjtheassender or something?) who used to post here who said they helped him a lot and so I decided to ignore everyone else and try them, and they actually have helped a bit.
I'm sadly still not some mega low inhibition loon (still on the hunt for my next drug to achieve that), but I don't tend to really have a constant low level anxiety anymore.
