don't think you need infraorbitle implants. maybe lefort 2 midface looks relatively flat for european descent

Idk why people do this get your face off the site and pay face iq, wheat waffles or Nero Angelo to rate your face. They’ll give you your flaws and you can do surgery on them

Infraorbital fat grafting + potentially canthoplasty (UEE, canthal tilt), something to fix your slight recession (what you should consider depends on if you have dental issues or not. If you have no dental issues then it's sliding genio or chin impalnts), something to fix your jawline (implants or filler).

Also getting a skincare routine and on some form of retinoid.

Infraorbital implants are very low priority for you imo.
