Every surgery has a risk. But 1 out of every million who get a rhino for example gets bad effects. If they were dangerous they wouldn't be performed.

Do your own research before you look into getting a surgery tho

5 psl. average. your face is a 4 psl, but your height halos you to 5 psl. With the surgeries you could ascend to 6-7 psl easy. Your biggest falio is your midface tho. You can't fix it sadly.

I only told him to get lefort 3 because his maxila is extremely recessed. He might not even need lefort 3 but he needs something to push his maxila forward. Maybe lefort 1 or 2 or whateover @Dude420 is getting can help him.

I only told him to get lefort 3 because his maxila is extremely recessed. He might not even need lefort 3 but he needs something to push his maxila forward. Maybe lefort 1 or 2 or whateover @Dude420 is getting can help him.

5. Complete bone rearrangement
