Preferably no podcast at all so you csn focus on reading. Music is fine but if you're juggling reading and listening to guys talk it can get annoying

while reading botb's i recommend you have no distractions at all, maybe music but podcasts are just gonna be a whitenoise because you can't focus on 2 things at once

i would recommend theo von or joe rogan because of the diverse types of guests that they have very oftenly and are pretty funny. but if ur looking for something that's more iq based idk

because i don't care much about politics and theo von is someone who knows very little about politics so most of it would probably be just the political person pushing their agenda and theo von not having the iq to know what they are actually saying, i prefer his pods with comics,actors, and like everyday people where they have real chill talks

yeahh but he's a really good comedian and I like how he keeps a conversation going even tho sometimes the guest isn't putting much effort into it
