I would say its worth it all the time, but I know raffaini said that he wouldn't recommend bimax to anyone over 35. So I guess that is some kinda limit there. But people still do it after but I would listen to raffaini

I'd say if ur 60 then it's a wrap, but def get them whenever u can afford them, even at 30. Because, unless you plan to rope, you're gonna live as a subhuman for at least 30 more years.

Yea I mean bimax for example is not recommended to do before 22 but yes ofc getting surgery as early as possible is the best. But many surgeries makes you age better aswell so it could be seen as a investment.

Cause before then ur in the best years of your life

Yea I mean you will always be the same in your head. I mean your executive functions slow down a bit but you have the same urges and you looks are important thru out the hole of your life time, maybe not after 60 because then you are about to die

Because your bones are not done growing fully, I know that you can get it before either way. But from what I have read it's better do it after. I know that from studies showing how bigonion width change that it was more likely to get less increase when younger. But I mean for nerve damage etc it's favorable
