I would say its worth it all the time, but I know raffaini said that he wouldn't recommend bimax to anyone over 35. So I guess that is some kinda limit there. But people still do it after but I would listen to raffaini

Yea I mean bimax for example is not recommended to do before 22 but yes ofc getting surgery as early as possible is the best. But many surgeries makes you age better aswell so it could be seen as a investment.

Because your bones are not done growing fully, I know that you can get it before either way. But from what I have read it's better do it after. I know that from studies showing how bigonion width change that it was more likely to get less increase when younger. But I mean for nerve damage etc it's favorable

Bones are done growing at like 18 lol. Many teens do bimax. This is not true. Imo surgery earlier is better because you have supercharged healing/recovery.
