Bro I know that this is Bojack I used a morph of him as an example to show what I mean by that I wanted to know what surgery would give the forward growth in the morph and if it was bimax or which surgery would achieve the after morph, I know Bojacks whole side is elite just used him as an exampleThis is a pretty dumb question
wdym "those results" im assuming you are talking about his jaw and lower maxilla since you said bimax. The guy in the picture is all natural and didn't get surgery but if you want to mimic him then theres the question of your base. Without knowing your base then theres no way to tell you how what procedure to get for those "results". Assuming you're recessed everywhere you would need trimax which is djs, genio, lefort I. Don't expect to look like that even after trimax though his entire maxilla is top tier aand not everyone gets the same result because you are limited by your base
I didn't realize that was a video. You uploaded it in a weird format so I cant watch it what areas did you morph?Bro I know that this is Bojack I used a morph of him as an example to show what I mean by that I wanted to know what surgery would give the forward growth in the morph and if it was bimax or which surgery would achieve the after morph, I know Bojacks whole side is elite just used him as an example
not too sure bc im not that educated but i think the maxilla a bit forward with the jaw left is after right before (hope you can see it now uploaded it as pictures) is this what bimax does? Or is this type of maxilla movement and forward growth unrealistic with bimax and needs some other procedure?I didn't realize that was a video. fuck you, you made me download itBimax?
Yea you brought his entire face forward. Bimax does move the jaw and lower maxilla forward the problem is the upper maxilla. If you move the lower maxilla and jaw forward too much beyond the upper maxilla you will get what people call the chimp or dog look which is very bad thats why movements in the lower maxilla in bimax through lefort I are very often <5 mm. Your morph is unrealistic due to the movement of the upper maxilla but lower maxilla and jaw is possible with bimaxnot too sure bc im not that educated but i think the maxilla a bit forward with the jaw left is after right before (hope you can see it now uploaded it as pictures) is this what bimax does? Giant mentioned once that in most cases lefort II isnt needed and it can be solved with paranasal implants(middle of maxilla) with some type of custom infraorbital rim implants(upper maxilla). Though Im not sure about what this would look like. Obviously lefort II is superior since it targets the problem directly but using implants is definitely a lot safer but as for results I can't really say since I haven't seen any, you'd have to talk to a someone like giantThxis there a surgery which also moves the upper maxilla like the morph except lefort 2? I’ve seen some thread about a lefort 2 saw a thread from giant and his entire skull was peeled off
Sounds interesting thx so far, so bimax (in the morph) moves the lower maxilla and the upper maxilla the part where the nose and infras and forward growth could be achieved with this?Giant mentioned once that in most cases lefort II isnt needed and it can be solved with paranasal implants(middle of maxilla) with some type of custom infraorbital rim implants(upper maxilla). i think so but like I said this is just an assumption I actually dont know what it would look like.Sounds interesting thx so far, so bimax (in the morph) moves the lower maxilla and the upper maxilla the part where the nose and infras and forward growth could be achieved with this?
